The leading psychiatric specialist institution specialises in the comprehensive care, treatment and support of people with mental illnesses. The range of services extends across the entire psychiatric care chain – from early detection through outpatient, day clinic and inpatient therapies to rehabilitation, reintegration and forensic psychiatry. Additionally, the institution is intensively involved in research, teaching as well as training and further education.

Responsibilities:
Together with the team, you are responsible for the proper and timely processing of monthly and periodic financial statements including necessary accruals.
You prepare meaningful financial analyses and management reports, create forecasts and support the evaluation of business management key figures.
As a contact person for clinics and management, you accompany financial control and advise on economic decisions.
You support planning and budgeting, evaluate cost centres and cost units and identify improvement opportunities in processes and services.
Qualifications:
Your professional foundation is a higher education in business administration.
You have several years of practical experience in finance or controlling.
Confident handling of controlling tools and relevant legal frameworks is among your strengths.
Thanks to your strong data analysis skills, you can evaluate extensive data sets, apply statistical methods and prepare results comprehensibly.
You have fluent German language skills.
