Health Specialist (FaGe) 50-80%

Your impact:

• You provide care and support that is appropriate to the situation and needs in the area of basic and treatment care

• You manage and evaluate the electronic client documentation (Perigon)

• You work interdisciplinarily with specialist agencies and doctors and advise clients and their relatives

• You ensure the quality, hygiene and occupational safety of our operational guidelines within your area of responsibility

You bring with you:

• Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ

• Professional experience, ideally in the outpatient sector, is an advantage

• IT user skills, Perigon experience is an advantage

• Valid driving licence category B, or willingness to ride an e-bike

• Very good German skills (B2 or higher) in spoken and written form

• Empathy, patience and joy in independent work

• Team spirit, flexibility and commitment
