The main medical specialties include General Surgery, Anaesthesiology, Orthopaedic Surgery and Traumatology of the Musculoskeletal System, and Gynaecology. Job Description

• Ensuring a high-quality and safe anaesthesiological care according to SSAPM/FMHS standards
• Responsibility for the pre-, peri- and postoperative care of patients
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with various departments
• Participation in on-call duty (nights and weekends)

Qualifications

• Specialist title FMH for Anaesthesiology or equivalent recognised qualification 
• Several years of clinical experience in a Swiss acute hospital
• Professional practice licence for the canton of Aargau
• Solid expertise in general and regional anaesthesia
• High social competence, strong communication skills and sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, patient-oriented attitude
• Strong team skills
• Willingness to actively promote innovation, digitalisation and modern processes
• Strategic and networked thinking, entrepreneurial understanding
• Resilience, decisiveness and willingness to work flexibly
