For our modern Centre for Pneumology, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated individual as MPA or Medical Secretary (80–100 %).

MPA / Medical Secretary 80-100%
Your tasks
Reception and care of our patients
Organisation and coordination of consultations
Telephone and written correspondence
- Appointment scheduling and patient invitations
- Preparation, correction and dispatch of medical reports
- Management of the fully electronic medical records (curaMED)
- Carrying out blood draws (laboratory analyses are external)
- Assistance with lumbar punctures (an introduction will of course be provided) for the pneumologists rather not, here Lufu would be more appropriate
- Technical interest (operating lung function devices)
- Support with administrative and organisational tasks around daily practice
- CPAP
What you bring
You are an MPA or Medical Secretary and enjoy working independently, organised and with pleasure in direct contact with people.
Ideally, you also bring:
- Experience in performing lung function tests (LUFU)
- Experience in pneumological practice is an advantage
- Enjoyment in learning new examination methods and procedures
- Very good computer skills and a quick grasp
- Experience with practice software is desirable
- A reliable, committed and team-oriented working style
- Friendly, empathetic and professional manner towards patients and referrers
Lack of experience in some areas is not an obstacle for us – we place great value on thorough training and support you in learning new things.
