Carpenter – Timber Construction Foreman with Leadership Prospects
Tasks
- Carrying out assembly work for carpentry from own and external production
- Planning and coordinating assembly activities according to the instructions of the site management
- Independently carrying out service and repair orders
- Guiding and supporting apprentices directly on the construction site
- Checking assembly materials and reporting reorders early
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Willingness to undertake further training to become a foreman with a federal diploma or already possessing this qualification
- Motivation for professional development with the goal of becoming a site manager and taking on leadership responsibilities
- Experience in refurbishment and renovation is an advantage
- Working style characterised by independence, care, and efficiency
