Tasks
- Efficient production of sophisticated blow & injection blow moulded parts with approx. 40 employees / 3 shifts
- Management of the Blow Moulding / Injection Blow Moulding department (including planning and organisation)
- Ensuring the production schedule, organising shift operations and setup work
- Cooperative leadership, qualification and training of employees (GMP)
- Carrying out repair, maintenance & servicing work including procurement of spare parts
- Ensures flawless production operation with appropriate quality & order (5-S)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training EFZ (plastic technologist EFZ, or comparable training advantageous)
- Several years of professional experience in staff management in the technical field
- High social competence with appropriate assertiveness
- Careful handling of technical equipment, independent and reliable working
- You are well organised and have the necessary IT knowledge on the PC (MS Office)
- You are flexible, proactive, a team player, resilient, open and very well organised
- Very good German skills, good English skills advantageous
