What to expect
Guidance, promotion and support of our students/trainees in practical and theoretical training (approx. 50%)
Practical relevance through deployment in the care and support of our residents (approx. 30-50%)
Responsibility for learning support and the organisation of studies/training
Planning and coordination of the learning support for trainees in collaboration with the department head and the vocational training coach
Co-responsibility for detailed nursing documentation
Your qualifications
Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
At least two years of professional experience in nursing is an advantage
Commitment to vocational training and knowledge of the Swiss education system
Pedagogical further training SVEB I is an advantage or willingness to undertake it
Independent, motivated and resilient personality
Enjoyment of the profession as well as training young people
Strong sense of responsibility and high quality awareness
