What to expect
- Care and support of our residents
- Assistance with daily living activities such as household tasks or integrative, activating daily routines
- Responsibility for tidiness in residents’ rooms and adjacent areas
- Supporting and assisting the nursing staff
Your qualifications
- Completed course as SRK Care Assistant or vocational training as Health and Social Assistant (EBA)
- Strong empathy as well as a humorous and appreciative manner
- Warm, sociable and empathetic
- Calmness in hectic situations and solution-oriented
- Organisational talent
- Work experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Very good German language skills are essential
