Here’s what you can achieve:

• You ensure the smooth operation of our technical systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, etc.) in multiple properties.
• You lead, accompany, and monitor projects in the field of technical building management.
• You coordinate and resolve disruptions – even outside regular working hours as part of the on-call service.
• You ensure optimal system operation regarding consumption and emission values.
• You plan and organize inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• You work closely with internal and external partners and coordinate their assignments.
• You analyze disruptions, carry out initial interventions, and ensure sustainable solutions.

Why you will succeed:

• You have completed a technical basic education (e.g., electrician, HVAC).
• You have further training as a Technical Merchant with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification.
• You bring professional experience in a similar role.
• You have solid knowledge in handling technical systems as well as in measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR).
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You are ready for on-call assignments and bring a high level of commitment.
• You have good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as solid IT user skills.
• You hold a category B driving license and are mobile.
