The sports hall staff ensure behind the scenes and on site that the sports facility is well maintained and that sports operations run smoothly. Ensuring smooth operations in the sports area of the University of St.Gallen (sports hall, artificial turf, outdoor gym). Consisting of:

• Implementation of house rules and regulations, material management and access control
• Safety, maintenance, cleaning
• Interface to University Sports and University of St.Gallen real estate
• Various services
• Support of the team in organisational and operational tasks
• Assistance with events and special occasions

• Understanding of cleanliness, order and hygiene
• Noticing defects and problems
• Simple repairs: independently carried out
• Complex repairs: record and forward for completion
• Careful handling of sports equipment and facilities
• Independent and reliable working style
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident use of PC and digital tools
• Enjoyment in contact with people
• Teamwork and friendly demeanour
• Good German and English skills
• Physical resilience
• Flexibility regarding working hours
