As Project Manager Design / Production Planning, you lead projects from technical clarification to implementation. You develop constructive solutions and ensure that planning, manufacturing, and assembly work together.

Your projects range from individual interior fittings to Riotherm climate technology, workplace solutions, and Talky. In Sulgen, you work closely with sales, production, and assembly.

Your task

You translate customer requirements and design specifications into feasible solutions and connect design and production planning with responsibility for deadlines, costs, and handover.

What you achieve with us.

• You develop and design solutions for interior fitting and system projects and lead the planning through to execution.
• You create execution and manufacturing drawings as well as parts lists, material, and order documents using AutoCAD.
• You clarify technical details with customers, sales, and internal specialists and bring open points to decisions.
• You plan materials, schedules, and assembly processes and keep an eye on costs and technical requirements.
• You accompany your projects through manufacturing and assembly and support with technical questions during implementation.

What you bring with you

• You have training as a certified carpenter or a comparable technical or manual basic education and have further developed yourself towards production planning, design, or project management.
• You bring experience in design and production planning and can independently develop projects to manufacturing readiness.
• You have good CAD skills; experience with AutoCAD will facilitate your start.
• Experience in individual interior fitting is an advantage. Likewise, furniture construction, system manufacturing, or comparable areas with constructively demanding solutions are suitable.
• You keep an overview of technical details, deadlines, and costs and work reliably with sales, production, and assembly.
