YOUR CHALLENGE

• Support and advice for customers and patients within the scope of services offered at the Z-Point
• Administrative practice management and coordination of appointments and consultation hours
• Handling of telephone and written enquiries (customers, patients, doctors, insurance companies, etc.) as well as the preparation of offers
• Professional sample collection (blood, swabs, urine) with attention to preanalytics
• Expansion and co-development of the collection centre as well as interdisciplinary support

YOUR PROFILE

• Medical training as MPA, FAGE, DA, etc. with certified further training in venous blood collection
• At least two years of professional experience, including at least one year of practical experience in blood collection
• Responsible and resilient organisational talent with strong customer orientation
• Enjoy working with various IT programmes and systems (MS Office, MIPS, cash register system, etc.) and open to learning new organisational programmes
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written, are required; additional languages are an advantage
