Logistics Specialist with Leadership Experience for Deputy Department Manager
Responsibilities
- Competently lead the logistics team and represent the department management
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operational business
- Coordinate personnel planning and continuously improve work processes
- Actively participate in and support operational activities
- Take on the training and supervision of apprentices as a vocational trainer
Requirements
- Completed logistics training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- Proven experience in logistics, preferably with initial leadership experience
- Independent and structured way of working
- Strong assertiveness combined with team spirit
- Very good German language skills and confident use of IT systems
