To strengthen the team, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically proficient individual as Project Manager Building Envelope. We are not seeking a pure office planner, but a practical expert who understands their craft, takes responsibility, and accompanies projects from planning to successful handover.
Project Manager Building Envelope (m/f/d) Flat Roof | Tinsmithing | Building Envelope
• Independent management and coordination of projects in the building envelope sector
• Planning, organisation, and monitoring of workflows
• Project calculation as well as preparation of quotations and post-calculations
• Schedule, cost, and quality control during project execution
• Leadership and support of employees as well as coordination of subcontractors
• Contact person for customers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensuring economical and timely project implementation

We expect:
• Completed vocational training as a flat roof waterproofing specialist, tinsmith, or comparable craft training
• Several years of professional experience in project management within the building envelope industry
• Experience in calculation, project organisation, and staff management
• Proven success in implementing demanding projects
• Good knowledge of common IT applications
• Experience with SORBA is an advantage
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working style
