Our HSS - Health, Safety & Security is responsible for safety, as well as occupational safety and health protection in the SPAR Group Switzerland. We ensure that our employees as well as customers feel safe and are well advised regarding the entire area of safety. We are contact persons for the authorities and provide our employees with expert advice. We also conduct safety audits and define corresponding measures from them. We are looking for a passionate personality with professional and social competence.

Your tasks

• Contact person and advisor around occupational safety and health protection in the entire retail sector
• Control regarding compliance with labor legislation
• Monitoring and reporting on all activities in the area of occupational safety and health protection as well as documentation in our model solution
• Conducting safety audits and on-site inspections
• Training employees in sales on the topic of HSS
• Case processing in the security specialist area

Your profile

• Training as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection with a federal certificate
• Professional experience in the field of occupational safety and health protection
• Good knowledge of common MS Office programs
• Communicative and resilient personality with high social competence, which brings a confident appearance
• Driver's license for passenger cars as well as willingness for regular travel activities throughout Switzerland
