About the offer
Lavaux Hospital is a recognized healthcare institution committed to providing quality care to the population in a humane and modern environment. As part of a replacement within its Human Resources department, the hospital is looking for an HR Specialist to join a small HR team of 4 people. This position offers the opportunity to actively participate in strategic HR projects, notably related to the future relocation of the institution planned for 2027.
Main missions:
- Ensure the complete management of the recruitment process from A to Z: needs analysis, writing and posting job ads, sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding of employees
- Assist the HR Director on current HR topics and contribute to strategic HR projects
- Lead a major recruitment project linked to the hospital's future relocation planned for 2027, including recruiting over 60 FTEs and organizing their onboarding
- Manage and monitor the HRIS (data updates, reporting, continuous process improvement)
- Launch, coordinate, and follow up on evaluation and annual interview campaigns on the HRIS
- Provide support and advice to executives and managers on HR topics (recruitment, team management, skills development)
- Monitor apprentices: support, annual meetings, and coordination with stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate internships in collaboration with HES schools and ASSC programs
Profile sought:
- Holder of a human resources management certificate, HR diploma, or an equivalent recognized title.
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Good command of HRIS tools
- Good interpersonal skills, advisory sense, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and confidentiality
