This is your field of activity

• Accompanying, promoting and supporting apprentices as well as HF students
• Planning and conducting practical training
• Co-responsibility for the quality of training as well as professional and appreciative supervision of apprentices and HF students
• Close collaboration with the person responsible for vocational training and the team leaders
• You ensure that training guidelines and standards are adhered to

This is how you convince us

• Education at tertiary level HF or FH
• Experience in practical training of apprentices and HF students
• Sound knowledge in nursing practice
• High social competence, patience and enjoyment in working with young people
• Vocational trainer diploma (100h)
• Positive attitude towards people in developmental processes and challenging situations
