Gardener – Foreman with Leadership Experience
Tasks
- Independent management and coordination of construction sites in gardening and landscaping
- Professional guidance and training of the construction site team as well as apprentices
- Execution of all gardening work on site
- Organisation and planning of work preparation including material and machine deployment
- Communication with customers as well as construction and project management; preparation of daily and time reports
Requirements
- Completed training as a gardener EFZ in gardening and landscaping
- Experience in the role of foreman
- Sound knowledge in reporting as well as material management and procurement
- Strong leadership skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills, driving licence and a neat appearance
