Project/Team Leader Service in the Sanitary Sector (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 105,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as a Project Manager: Sanitary for versatile projects in building services engineering. You will take on the technical planning and coordination of sanitary installations and accompany projects from conception through execution planning to commissioning. In doing so, you combine sound knowledge in sanitary and system technology with project organisation, cost control, and coordination of clients, specialist planners, and contractors. The position offers a responsible role in a future-oriented building services environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and handling of projects in the field of sanitary technology and building services engineering
Development and dimensioning of drinking water, wastewater, and drainage systems
Creation of project, execution, and installation plans as well as technical schematics
Technical design and coordination of modern sanitary and supply systems
Preparation of tenders, specifications, offers, and cost estimates
Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality control within the projects managed
Coordination of sanitary planning with heating, ventilation, electrical, architecture, and other disciplines
Conducting technical clarifications with clients, architects, specialist planners, and suppliers
Supervision of assembly and construction execution including plan review and technical support on site
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines, and Swiss sanitary regulations
Execution and supervision of commissioning, acceptance, and defect rectification
Maintenance of project, cost, and technical documentation using common digital tools
Qualifications:
Completed vocational training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or Sanitary Installer EFZ
Several years of professional experience in sanitary and building services engineering
Sound knowledge in sanitary planning, system technology, drinking water, and drainage
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and SVGW guidelines
Experience in project management, costing, or execution coordination is an advantage
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 / MS Office; knowledge of common building services planning software is an advantage
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
