Course Management BM2 & Commercial Basic Education approx. 80 - 100 %

Your tasks

• Management of the vocational baccalaureate (BM2) and commercial basic education courses at our Lucerne location
• Entry and advisory interviews with parents and learners
• Leadership of teachers
• Support and individual promotion of learners
• Planning, organization and quality assurance of school processes
• Conducting information events
• Teaching load of 10 – 12 lessons in the vocational baccalaureate or commercial basic education courses

Your profile

• University or university of applied sciences degree
• Vocational pedagogical qualifications
• Teaching experience at BM2 level and in commercial basic education
• Ideally leadership experience in an educational institution or possibly school management training
• High motivation for leadership, organization and school development
• Enjoyment in working with young people and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication skills, solution orientation and teamwork ability
