For our location in Lucerne, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 July 2026 or by arrangement as
Course Management BM2 & Commercial Basic Education approx. 80 - 100 %
Your tasks
- Management of the vocational baccalaureate (BM2) and commercial basic education courses at our Lucerne location
- Entry and advisory discussions with parents and learners
- Leadership of the teaching staff
- Support and individual promotion of learners
- Planning, organisation and quality assurance of school processes
- Conducting information events
- Teaching load of 10 – 12 lessons in the vocational baccalaureate or commercial basic education courses
Your profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree
- Vocational pedagogical qualifications
- Teaching experience at BM2 level and in commercial basic education
- Ideally leadership experience in an educational institution or possibly school management training
- High motivation for leadership, organisation and school development
- Enjoyment in working with young people and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation and ability to work in a team
