About the job
As an independent company, Zermatt Support AG takes over the finance and accounting for businesses such as Zermatt Bergbahnen AG, Zermatt Hospitality Group AG, as well as other service companies in Upper Valais.
To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated person from 01.07.2026 or by arrangement, who looks beyond the dry job title "Payroll Specialist" and handles everyday life with humour despite complex cases as a Payroll Clerk.

- Responsible for ensuring that all employees receive their earned wages on time; including mutating master and payroll data
- Processing daily allowance cases (registration, processing and control of insurance benefits in case of illness, accident, maternity and paternity)
- Declaration of all social insurances
- Contact point for employees regarding salary and social insurance questions

What we expect:
- Commercial basic training with further education in accounting as well as further training in HR or social insurance
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of payroll and social insurance
- Sound knowledge of common MS Office standard software
- Experience with accounting software ABACUS and Mirus
- Systematic, independent and conscientious working method, enjoyment of working with numbers, cooperation and team skills
- Numerical flair, conscientious and trustworthy
- Knowledge of English/French/Italian (spoken and with hands) Commercial basic training (accounting direction)

- Loudly communicates the management's salary at the aperitif
