To complement our management team in the Print division, we are looking for a Head of Purchasing and Warehouse Logistics with a workload of 80-100% starting June 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Development and implementation of procurement and supplier strategy (mainly in the area of paper purchasing)
Negotiations for the purchase of equipment and maintenance contracts for print as well as energy and office supplies for the entire group
Negotiation of prices, delivery conditions, and framework agreements as well as analysis of procurement markets
Assortment optimization in coordination with production and sales
Leadership and participation in projects for process optimization and cost reduction
Optimization and expansion of ERP usage in purchasing and warehouse (Print Plus)
Management and further development of the purchasing and warehouse logistics department (personnel, process, and budget responsibility)
Support and promotion of employees in the team
Representations within the team

What distinguishes you for the job

Completed commercial training and further education as a federal certified purchasing specialist or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain as well as solid leadership experience
High digital affinity and experience with ERP systems
Strong negotiation skills and good communication abilities
Economic and holistic thinking as well as pronounced problem-solving competence
Good market knowledge in the graphic industry or good knowledge in the area of
printing, paper, and finishing
Business fluent German skills, English and French are an advantage
