For our location in Zurich, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual as part of a succession arrangement.

Head of Department: Engineering Surveying (Member of the Executive Board and Zurich Site Management)

Your main tasks

• Overall responsibility for the site as well as for the department including budget, cost centre, and competitiveness
• Strategic and operational development of services, technologies, and infrastructure
• Leadership, development, and support of the team and other locations/companies in project execution
• Active acquisition and customer care, as well as maintenance of partnerships for projects and tendering
• Ensuring efficient processes as well as quality, safety, and occupational health regulations
• Representation of terra vermessungen ag towards customers and partners

Your profile

• Degree in geomatics or civil engineering (BSc/MSc)
• Several years of experience in surveying, ideally with leadership or project management responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of customer contact and acquisition
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
