Mandate Manager: Fiduciary with Enthusiasm for Audit Activities (m/f/d)

MT Metzger-Treuhand AG is an established fiduciary company with around 20 employees. For many years, we have primarily committed ourselves in the German-speaking part of Switzerland with expertise and great passion to the concerns of SMEs from various industries. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, motivated, and resilient individual who enjoys fiduciary work and audit activities and supports our clients with expertise and enthusiasm.

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting our clients on fiduciary matters
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Assistance and advice on company formations, restructurings, and succession solutions
• Support with inheritance law issues
• Conducting limited audits for SMEs from various industries
• Flexibility for travel to client premises
• Active maintenance and expansion of long-term client relationships

Your Profile

• Completed training as a fiduciary with a federal diploma or comparable qualification
• Admission by the audit supervisory authority
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite and fiduciary software
• Sound knowledge of Swiss tax and commercial law
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
