Room Service Staff (a)

What the daily work routine looks like

• Responsibility for a well-maintained, smooth and service-oriented process in the catering area on the ward (advising on meal orders, serving food and drinks as well as flower care)
• Cleaning tasks as well as general mise-en-place duties
• Shifts mainly on weekdays, occasionally also on weekends and public holidays
• Working hours from 07:45 to 19:39 with around three hours of room time
• Flexible scheduling according to operational needs; alternatively half-day early or late shifts by arrangement

Skills and potential

• Experience in gastronomic service, ideally in a hospital environment
• Very good German skills, French and Italian skills are an advantage
• Flexibility, customer orientation and a strong service mindset as well as high hygiene awareness
• Residence nearby is an advantage due to the room time
• Humorous, team-oriented and loyal personality
