TasksIn this role, you are an important part of our dedicated teams in the Würth Shop in Pratteln. We are looking for a committed and responsible personality with a strong service mindset:

You convince our customers through competent conversations to meet their needs and generate sales.
You record orders in the system and ensure smooth processes as well as the management of goods and inventory.
You perform office work to ensure the smooth operation of the Würth Shop.
You implement promotions and ensure compliance with guidelines to increase the shop's sales and success.
You participate in customer events, support inventories, and attend meetings to drive the shop's further development.

Requirements

A completed apprenticeship as a retail specialist EFZ in the hardware sector or similar.
A neat appearance and a friendly personality are part of your professionalism in customer contact.
Your pronounced sales mentality and the willingness to always go the extra mile make you a motivated and successful sales professional.
SAP knowledge is an advantage and enables you to handle business processes efficiently.
