In the last week of the school holidays, the staff of Wittenbach Primary School came together for two work and team days. The first day was entirely dedicated to school development. Like any other organisation, Wittenbach Primary School is constantly engaged with its development. "We actively shape this with the aim of creating the best possible framework conditions for future-oriented learning for the pupils," explains the headteacher, José Lorca. Professional school development deals with personnel and organisational issues. This school year, Wittenbach Primary School will invite the parents of current pupils to an information and exchange event about current and upcoming school developments. On the second work day, teachers, specialists and school management met in internal or cross-district working groups, subject committees and level meetings for various preparatory and team tasks.
