Product Genius BMW (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- You warmly welcome our customers and ensure a positive and personal brand experience in the showroom
- You inspire our customers for the BMW brand and our products and explain vehicles, functions and digital technologies clearly and customer-oriented
- You support our customers in individual vehicle configuration and answer questions about our BMW models
- You work closely with our sales team and support the care of our new car customers
- You ensure that our vehicles are optimally presented and made tangible for our customers
Your profile
- You have a commercial, retail or service training. Alternatively, you have a technical training in the automotive sector with commercial experience
- Initial professional experience in the automotive industry is an advantage and you bring passion for automobiles as well as enthusiasm for the BMW brand
- You have very good German and good English skills and enjoy personal and telephone customer contact
- A high service orientation, a pronounced sense for the needs of our customers as well as teamwork, flexibility and organisational talent characterise you
- You have good IT skills, are confident in handling common Office applications and hold a category B driving licence
