Your New Job
- Direct leadership and promotion of the employees in the Housekeeping & Care team
- Planning of housekeeping & care assignments and creation of employee duty rosters
- Ensuring the implementation and compliance with standards, guidelines, and instructions within the area of responsibility
- Administrative and organisational tasks
- Participation in specialist and working groups
- Active collaboration with internal and external professionals
Your Qualifications
- EFZ as family helper, FaBe, FaGe or comparable qualification
- German language diploma B2 or willingness to obtain it within 2 years
- Completed leadership training with leadership experience (or willingness to complete leadership training)
- Solid practical experience in housekeeping & care
- Openness to new and challenging situations
- Perseverance and solution-oriented thinking
- Flexible, team-oriented, responsible
