We are looking for a personality who leads and further develops our stores with passion and a strong team spirit.Responsibilities:- You work four days a week as store manager in your home store and support stores in your district on another day, taking responsibility for sales, costs, and target achievement.
- You support the store managers in your district in recruiting new employees and actively promote the junior program for future leadership talents.
- Analyze relevant key figures, monitor personnel costs and productivity, and initiate targeted improvement measures.
- You ensure high service quality and make sure that the OCHSNER SHOES sales philosophy is lived daily.
- You consistently implement guidelines for merchandise presentation, decoration, and current promotional measures in the stores.
- You have completed training in retail and have several years of experience in sales or a comparable field, preferably in the shoe industry.
- Your high customer and service orientation as well as your entrepreneurial thinking and actions characterize you in daily work.
- A pronounced organizational talent and a clear sense of priorities are among your strengths.
- With your open, positive, and friendly personality, you quickly win people over and convince as a leader.
- You know the region and the local economic structure well and are ideally bilingual in German and French.
