Tasks

• You advise students as well as parents and guardians in stressful situations.
• You support the school management and teachers in challenging social issues.
• You mediate contacts to specialist and counseling centers.
• You actively participate in school and preventive projects.

Expectations

• Completed training in social work (FH)
• Good administrative skills and solid IT user knowledge
• Very good oral and written expression in German
• High counseling and methodological competence
• Empathy, sensitivity and joy in dealing with young people
• Resilience, sense of responsibility and prudent action
