What we are looking for
You want to gain first practical experience in the Human Resources field and ideally have completed a commercial basic training? You are interested in contemporary personnel work and want to get to know the processes of a dynamic, technology-driven company up close? Are you looking for an exciting, educational activity in the HR field that can be reconciled with your studies?
Then this internship is just right for you. As part of our central HR Swiss Hub, you will gain insight into operational and administrative personnel work and support our team in managing four companies. You can expect a diverse, digitized environment where you not only learn but also actively shape.
Upon successful completion of the six-month internship, there is the option for a permanent position.
What you will achieve with us
- You assist with personnel administration from entry to exit – including contract creation, changes, and certificates
- You support administrative tasks in recruiting, onboarding, and health management
- You work with our digital HR tool (Personio) and learn the processes of a modern HR system
- You actively participate in the standardization of processes and documents within the corporate group
- You gain insight into core HR processes and develop professionally and personally
What you bring
- Commercial basic training
- Initial knowledge in the HR field (e.g., through school, internships, or further training) is welcome
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks and a careful, structured way of working
- Interest in digital tools and modern working methods
- Service orientation, team spirit, and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data
