You enjoy customer contact, think solution-oriented and want to be more than just an order taker? Then you are exactly right with us. As a specialist advisor in internal sales, you competently accompany our customers from enquiry to the suitable solution and work closely with our field service.

Main tasks:

• Competent and solution-oriented advice to our customers by telephone
• Support and close cooperation with our field service
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Processing orders via our online shop as well as incoming customer enquiries by e-mail
• Coordination and monitoring of the "Proof for printing" process in cooperation with purchasing
• Handling customer concerns and developing appropriate solutions
• Technical and commercial clarifications with suppliers

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training, preferably as a retail specialist, carpenter, joiner or in a main or secondary construction trade
• Ideally knowledge in the field of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Enjoyment of sales and customer advice
• Independent, reliable and resilient working style
• Communicative, team-oriented and flexible personality
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
