Your Tasks

• Independent responsibility and project management for the marketing of residential and commercial properties
• Development of creative offers for rental assignments. Location/market and property analyses in collaboration with the direct supervisor
• Advising clients (owners) and prospective tenants as well as conducting conclusion-oriented negotiations
• Preparing rental offers
• Developing individual usage and expansion concepts for commercial spaces as well as advertising and marketing concepts
• Planning, creating and commissioning marketing measures and organising and conducting marketing events
• Controlling/reporting of implemented measures and reviewing relevance and periodic rental reports / regular activity reporting to clients
• Personal delivery of termination notices to tenants including pre- and post-support
• Assisting in the further development of the primary letting business field
• Maintaining customer relationships and building new contacts to acquire new mandates
• Professional leadership of the rental consultants for re-letting in Lucerne

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• You hold a federal specialist certificate as a real estate marketer or an appropriate further education in marketing
• You have several years of professional experience as a marketer in the real estate industry or as a property manager
• You are a sales talent with strong persuasiveness and pronounced service orientation
• You have a professional and competent appearance combined with winning manners
• You think and act entrepreneurially and maintain an independent and proactive working style
• You have an affinity for technology
• You are interested in digital marketing and working tools and have the ability to actively support changes
• You can communicate fluently in German and English, both orally and in writing
