LANDI Ganterschwil-Lütisburg Cooperative is a lively and successful trading and service company in Toggenburg employing 6 staff members. It operates in the areas of agricultural trade, AGROLA heating and fuel oils, as well as retail.

As part of the succession planning, we are looking for a sales personality who is ready to take over the management of LANDI Ganterschwil-Lütisburg in the medium term.

Committed Sales Personality with Development Potential

You take responsibility for a strongly regionally anchored LANDI and lead the organization in a customer-oriented, economical manner with an entrepreneurial perspective. In this versatile role, you shape structures and processes, take on leadership tasks, and are actively involved in support, acquisition, sales, and consulting.
As the central contact person of the board of directors, you competently represent your area in all committees and contribute significantly to the strategic development of the company. After a careful introduction and transition period, there is a clear prospect of taking over the entire management. For this responsible position, we are looking for a committed, experienced leader with business acumen and enthusiasm for sustainably shaping and further developing a LANDI.

Ideally, you have experience in retail, agriculture, or the agricultural industry. You demonstrate closeness to our products through solid expertise and a natural connection to the sector. Leadership experience is desirable but not mandatory – more important to us is your willingness to take responsibility and develop further.
We are looking for a down-to-earth, reliable personality who shows initiative and convinces with a high level of commitment. An independent working style and confident handling of modern communication tools complete your profile.
