Portrait of the School/Institution
At the day school of Schule Regio Koppigen, we care for around 20–30 children in a small, dedicated team. A family-like atmosphere, reliability, and respectful interaction are important to us.
Starting August 1, 2026, we are looking for an educational specialist who enjoys accompanying children in everyday life and developing the day school further together with us.

Tasks
• Care for the children during lunch and care modules,
• Co-creation of a positive and structured daily routine for the children,
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities,
• Coordination of processes in the respective module (e.g., in case of short-term changes),
• Collaboration within the team as well as with the day school management and the school,
• Respectful and cooperative contact with the parents.
Requirements
• Completed training as FaBe Kind EFZ, Social Pedagogue HF/FH, or a comparable pedagogical qualification,
• Enjoyment of working with school-age children,
• Independent and reliable working style,
• Teamwork skills and flexibility.
