The AR Hospital Network
The Appenzell Ausserrhoden Hospital Network, with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau, ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the ICT area, we are seeking an Application Manager 70 - 80% to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the support, configuration, testing and further development of the ERP system Opale, telephony (Siemens), patient media terminals and other administrative applications
- User support including on-call service
- Integration and ensuring the stable operation of end devices and applications
- Support of IT projects and assistance in patch management
- Creation and maintenance of system and operation manuals Participation in innovative projects as a specialist, as well as management of sub-projects
Your profile
- Training as an IT specialist EFZ or several years of experience in the IT field
- Good knowledge in IT support (operation and introduction of IT specialist solutions)
- Experience in hospital operations or handling of technical/medical devices is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage
- Reliable and solution-oriented personality
- Good oral and written communication
- Enjoy working with different professional groups Well-groomed appearance and good manners
