• You plan, budget, and implement small to medium construction projects as well as maintenance measures.
• You represent the client in your projects and ensure the interests of the city of Lucerne.
• You are responsible for all construction-related matters of the properties assigned to you.
• You assess the building condition, operational suitability, and safety and derive the necessary measures from this.
• You acquire, commission, and coordinate external planners and specialists.
• You prepare project proposals for the city council and parliament.

• You have a higher education in the construction field, for example in architecture or engineering.
• You bring practical experience in planning and execution, ideally complemented by experience in construction management.
• You have experience in project management.
• You place great importance on timely, professional, and environmentally appropriate implementation of your projects.
• You have good IT skills.
• You convince as an independent, winning, team-oriented, and service-oriented personality.
• You express yourself confidently and precisely in writing.
