• you recognise trends early and turn them into content that surprises, entertains or makes our users smile
• you experiment with new tools, formats and platforms and continuously develop our digital content
• you independently develop creative story ideas and implement them with suitable image and moving image material
• you indulge in alternative story formats such as listicles, quizzes or interactive formats and are happy to reinvent the wheel
• you contribute creative ideas for formats
• you nurture and care for our community and orient yourself to the needs of our users

• you know which topics are currently making the big rounds on the internet and have ideas on how to tell them as humorous stories
• you have already gained initial experience in an editorial office
• you have a good general education, impeccable German skills and an excellent sense of language and tone
• you have experience with image editing programmes such as Adobe Photoshop or Affinity and can easily create an appealing teaser image or funny meme
• you can get just as excited about controversial topics on TikTok or Reddit as you can about animal pictures and fail GIFs
