Lead your team to success with your knowledge and experience and inspire our customers with smooth and professional service.
Your main tasks:
- Operational and financial responsibility for the Facility Services portfolio including cost, personnel, and budget responsibility
- Leadership, planning, support, and development of a team of around 33 Placemakers
- Consulting and accompanying the customer as a "single point of contact"
- Independent handling of property-specific tasks and contractual services
- Continuous increase of customer satisfaction by contributing innovative ideas
- Responsible for occupational safety and health protection within the mandate
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in Facility Management or Hotel/Gastronomy
- Further education at the level of professional examination or university of applied sciences
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a comparable position
- Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Natural assertiveness and joy in lifelong learning
- Excellent German language skills
- English and any other language an advantage
