As Team Leader Fiduciary (m/f/d), you take responsibility for a well-coordinated team, accompany exciting SME clients and actively shape the further development of our Affoltern am Albis location. You will have the freedom to contribute your ideas, further develop processes and expand long-term client relationships.

What you will achieve

• You lead, coach and further develop a committed fiduciary team both professionally and personally
• You manage a demanding client portfolio and are the contact person for entrepreneurs in all fiduciary matters
• You recognise client needs early and develop sustainable solutions with added value
• You advise our clients on financial, business management and tax law topics
• You maintain and expand your regional network and acquire new mandates
• You ensure a high quality of advice and contribute to the successful further development of the Affoltern am Albis location
• You bring in your own ideas and actively shape the future of BDO

What makes you successful

• You are a certified fiduciary expert or are undergoing the corresponding training. Alternatively, you have a comparable qualification as well as professional and leadership experience
• You have experience advising SME clients and feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• You gladly take on responsibility and motivate your team through professional competence and personal strength
• You think in networks, recognise opportunities and develop sustainable solutions
• You convince with a professional appearance as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have English skills
