You accompany projects from the offer to the final invoice and keep an overview even when things get hectic? Then this position is right for you!

Your area of responsibility

• You process projects and customer orders in the ERP system and coordinate closely with the project managers
• You prepare offers, record piece and assembly lists including descriptions of special items, and sketch special parts if necessary
• You order materials, create setup sheets for the warehouse, and monitor timely delivery. In case of bottlenecks, you coordinate with project management and purchasing
• You prepare the post-calculation, create customer invoices, and file the order documents completely in the ERP system

Your profile

• You have a technical or craft-based basic education, which you have further developed in the commercial and/or technical field. Alternatively, you have a commercial education and a good technical understanding
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in production planning in interior construction or shopfitting
• You have experience handling the building materials wood and metal
• You are confident in using ERP systems (Borm is an advantage) and common MS Office applications
• You have very good command of the German language, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French and English is an advantage
• You work in a structured, careful, and quality-conscious manner and adhere to processes and work instructions
