Area of responsibility

• In your area of expertise, you independently take over the management and further development of the branch office supplied with good orders and also bear the revenue and budget responsibility.
• Your motivated team members rely on your personnel selection, leadership and development.
• You support your high-performing team in the projects, but also work on your own projects simultaneously.
• Active customer care and acquisition of new projects as well as network maintenance are tasks you perform with pleasure and initiative.
• For periodic reporting to management, appropriate tools are available to you.
• You act as an entrepreneur within the company. 

Requirements profile

• You have a degree as an electrical technician HF, electrical engineer FH or automation engineer and are very familiar with electrical planning.
• You already bring several years of experience in managing high-level projects, ideally with personnel responsibility.
• You possess extensive technical knowledge in electrical planning of large projects and great project management and leadership skills.
• Your communication skills as well as assertiveness are part of your personality.
