The mobile oncology and palliative care service (MPD-SPITEX BERN) operates beyond the city limits in the Bern region. It provides specialised palliative care services in collaboration with its partner organisations within the MPD Bern association (www.mpdbern.ch).

Certified Nurse Mobile Palliative Care Service (MPD) 60% - 80%

This is your field of activity

• Care of our clients in palliative and/or oncological situations
• Collaboration within the interprofessional team
• Promotion of the quality of life of those affected and their relatives
• Targeted advice and support for outpatient and inpatient basic care
• Ensuring a high-quality, integrative palliative care provision
• Participation in the implementation of specialised training courses

This is how you convince us

• Nursing education at tertiary level (HF/FH) with at least 2 years of experience in acute medicine; preferably in oncology or palliative care nursing
• Completed further training in palliative care (level B2), oncology nursing or willingness to complete this
• In crisis situations, you keep a cool head and can professionally assess complex situations
• You communicate appreciatively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Interprofessionality, coordination and network maintenance are part of your DNA
• You know how to instruct and train, accompany and support

You are part of a committed team of around 11 colleagues. Careful induction by our experienced staff is normal for us. That means you are very independent - but will never be left alone.
