CONSTRUCTION MANAGER BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

• Management, planning & organisation of construction sites, construction projects & construction contracts
• Work preparation (AVOR), measurement & billing including post-calculation & controlling
• Conducting negotiations & close cooperation with clients, site managers, planners, etc.
• Leadership & motivation of the construction site team
• Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, quality and costs

• Completed basic training in the main construction trade
• Further training as construction manager, civil engineer, master builder or comparable
• Driving licence category B
• Proficient in handling IT programmes (MS Office, Baubit PRO)
• Independent personality with networked thinking & confident appearance
