Your Tasks
- Patient-oriented admission and initial assessment of pediatric emergency patients according to the Manchester Triage System (MTS)
- Professional first aid and qualified treatment of patients in the pediatric emergency department (ZNA)
- Deployment in the shock room as well as care for injured children and adolescents (including polytrauma)
- Assistance and participation in diagnostic and therapeutic measures in acute care
- Compassionate support and counseling of parents and relatives in acute exceptional situations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with all involved departments (e.g., pediatrics, radiology, anesthesia)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a pediatric nurse, nursing specialist, or health and nursing professional with a focus on pediatrics
- Commitment, sense of responsibility, and independent working style in clinical everyday life
- Initial experience in emergency department (ZNA), pediatrics, or acute care is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and team spirit in a multiprofessional team
- Willingness to cooperate and interdisciplinary thinking in collaboration with various departments
