Your area of responsibility

• Together with your team colleagues, you ensure the smooth running of the various tasks in the secretariat. Additionally, you work on a rota at reception as well as in the back office and on the secretariat telephone
• As the first point of contact, you look after patients as well as internal and external contacts in a friendly and competent manner
• You take on a variety of administrative tasks such as correspondence, report creation, service recording and billing
• With your ideas, you actively contribute to the further development of processes within the department

Your experience

• You have completed training in the medical or commercial field with experience in healthcare
• You are proficient in handling IT applications and have knowledge of medical terminology
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work in a structured and independent manner
• You appreciate teamwork and bring a strong service orientation
