To strengthen our R&D Innovation department at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will further develop and digitize our industrial product solutions with practical inventiveness. You will drive our products in the areas of power electronics and industrial communication – applying your ideas and inventiveness.

Your Tasks

Collaboration on the development of new, digitized industrial components (e.g., control electronics, new heating technologies, communication interfaces)

Responsibility for the implementation of product modernizations and digital new developments in close collaboration with the business lines

Participation in development projects in the field of industrial electronics and digital control solutions

You will take hands-on responsibility for the projects assigned to you

Building and transferring knowledge of new technologies into product development

Your Profile

Completed studies in electrical engineering with a focus on power electronics, control engineering, or related fields (FH, ETH)

Experience in the development of electronic systems is desirable, ideally in an industrial environment

Interest and joy in practical implementation in prototype construction, validation, and support of industrialization

You are a pragmatic personality who implements ideas with passion and perseverance into marketable solutions.

Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
