Your Area of Responsibility

As a member of the corporate controlling team of a publicly listed, globally active company, you will take on a wide range of finance and controlling tasks. In this role, you support the group management as well as the finance managers of our group companies worldwide and contribute to effective collaboration with professionalism, quality awareness, and team spirit.

• Participation in group consolidation (30 group companies) as well as in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reporting, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER including the management report
• Support in the area of financial compliance (e.g. non-financial reporting, coordination and further development of the internal control system, conducting internal audits)
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and participation in projects (e.g. digitalisation of our processes, Power BI, taxes, M&A)
• Maintenance and further development of the consolidation software (Cognos)

Your Profile

• Advanced business education (university/fachhochschule, auditing or controlling), several years of experience in consolidation and controlling (preferably in an industrial environment or auditing) as well as experience in Swiss GAAP FER
• Analytical, independent, conceptual and proactive working style as well as a strong quality standard
• Very good IT skills in MS Office, Power BI and SAP; Cognos knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent communication in German and English as well as the ability to prepare and present interconnected contexts appropriately for the target audience
• Open, communicative personality with international interest and enjoyment of challenging financial topics as well as contact with group companies
• Manageable travel activity for on-site internal audits is seen as an enrichment
